During Vegan Week at Adam’s, we’re serving vibrant, plant-based dishes from 8am to 8pm daily—including lunch from 11am to 2pm and dinner Tuesday through Saturday starting at 5. Our chef’s seasonal menu explores global vegan cuisine with comforting favorites like vegan lasagna, alongside rotating Colorado beers on tap and house-made vegan desserts by Pastry Chef Olivia Wood. Reservations accepted, walk-ins welcome.
