Breakfast
Breakfast at Adam’s is served 8am to 2pm 7 days a week. We cook with local, organic eggs and the cleanest ingredients. Our fruit is always cut fresh to order. Our coffee is a delicious, organic dark roast blend. We offer espresso drinks, smoothies, and house-made Chai tea along with a full bar including a selection of Mimosas and Bloody Marys. We offer several Vegan breakfast entrees as well as vegan donuts and Scones on the weekend. V = Vegan / Veg = Vegetarian

Huevos Rancheros (veg)
Whole wheat tortilla smothered with refried and black beans, vegan New Mexican Green chili, two over medium eggs and white cheddar, garnished with fresh sliced avocado, sliced tomato, sour cream and scallions.

Whole wheat tortilla with refried and black beans, smothered with vegan green chili and served with sesame crusted tofu, sliced avocado, tomato, vegan sour cream and scallions.
Orange Almond French Toast
Great Harvest Bread CO. bread dipped in our French toast batter of cinnamon, amaretto, pure vanilla and orange. Garnished with toasted almonds, whole butter and served with pure maple syrup.
Vegan French Toast
2 thick slices of house baked vegan sweet bread (flavors vary) grilled and topped with coconut whipped cream, candied pecans and vegan maple butter.
Whole Grain Pancakes
Our signature pancake recipe requires eighteen ingredients; hearty, but not heavy, they have been a menu staple for 30 years. Topped with whole butter and pure maple syrup. Add blueberries or bananas and walnuts.

This Special has two of our signature whole grain pancakes, two scrambled eggs and fresh seasonal fruit served with maple syrup and butter.
Runner’s Special
Two of our signature whole grain pancakes with pure maple syrup, fresh seasonal fruit and our house recipe sherry cream potatoes layered with sherry cream, scallions and white cheddar cheese.
The Man Pan Special
Comes with two eggs any style, a grilled potato patty, buttered toast and sausage.
Rockey’s Special
This Special comes with fresh seasonal fruit, two scrambled eggs and two slices of buttered Great Harvest Bread Company toast.
Green Mountain Falls
Grilled polenta topped with white cheddar and New Mexican green chili. Garnished with sour cream, tomatoes, and scallions.
Red Mountain Falls
Grilled polenta topped with white cheddar and your choice of vegan red chili. Garnished with sour cream, tomatoes, and scallions.
Oatmeal
Creamy whole oats topped with dried fruit and your choice of milk or almond milk served on the side with pure maple syrup and buttered Great Harvest Bread whole wheat toast.

Gulf Shrimp sauteed with Creole Spices and a roux of Red and Green Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic and Spices served over Buttery, Cheesy Grits.Option to add 2 eggs any style.
Vegan Breakfast Bowl
Vegan Borracho Beans and Spanish Rice topped with choice of red or green chili, spiced pepitas, vegan sour cream, diced tomato, cilantro and lime.

A signature Adam’s recipe, this Vegetarian Lasagna is layered with fresh organic Spinach, creamy Ricotta, Mozzarella, Asiago Cheese and premium Dececco Noodles baked with zesty house Marinara and Great Harvest Dakota dinner Roll.
Senegalese Vegetables (V)
This Adam’s classic has fresh cilantro – ginger infused peanut sauce sauteed with snow peas, carrots, onions, celery, cauliflower and potatoes. Finished with currants, scallions and toasted almonds over udon noodles or brown rice. *Tofu is encrusted with sesame seeds.
Thai Noodle Salad (V)
Udon noodles tossed with tamari and spicy sesame oil on a bed of mixed greens topped with Burmese Slaw of mint, cilantro, cucumber, red bell pepper, carrots, cabbage, snopeas and red onion. Garnished with curried peanuts. *Tofu is encrusted with sesame.

Dinner
The Adam’s Dinner menu reflects seasonal items and our Chef’s desire to experiment with a wide range of global cuisines. However, sometimes we just want to add something homey and comforting like Mac Cheese. Colorado Beers are rotated on Tap. All of our desserts are made in-house by our Pastry Chef, Olivia Wood. Dinner is served Wednesday through Saturday! Reservations accepted / Walk-ins welcomed
