Breakfast at Adam’s is served 8am to 3pm Wednesday through Sunday. Our Huevos Rancheros has been voted “Best In the Springs” seven years in a row. We cook with local, organic eggs and the “cleanest” ingredients. Our fruit is cut fresh to order, the coffee is a delicious, organic dark roast blend. We offer espresso drinks, smoothies and house made Chai tea along with a full bar including a selection of Mimosas and Bloody Marys. He offer several Vegan breakfast entrees as well as Vegan donuts and Cinnamon rolls on the weekends.
