Adam’s Mountain Café has joined with a local coffee roaster, Pikes Perk, to create a coffee blend that is unique to Adam’s. Adam’s Mountain Café blend is an Organic, Fair Trade coffee blend of Italian Roast, Indonesian and Mexican. Fair Trade coffee promotes and supports the sustainability of small, independent coffee growers. Our coffee blend is sold exclusively at Adam’s Mountain Café and some Pikes Perk locations in Colorado Springs. In the Café, AMC Blend can be purchased by the pound for 16.00. Half pounds can be purchased with one week’s notice.
