It is always our desire to work with local people and businesses first. Further even, we strive to build relationships with those businesses in order to help foster a network of support that benefits the local economy. Small business depends on locals. For example, we have been ordering our bread from the local Great Harvest bread Company for 30 years. We have worked with Pikes Perk Coffee Roasters for 18 years. Some of delivery guys have been working our route for over 10 years. Knowing the folks who we buy from enhances the quality of our work day. So whether we are looking for a line cook or trying to source a specific menu item locally or looking for a piece of used restaurant equipment to purchase, it’s our network of local support that helps us accomplish those goals.
